As all our pottery is individually hand sponged and made to order, delivery times could take up to 10 working days.

Yes you can cancel your order right up until we have posted it. Contact us directly as soon as you know you want to make a change. If your order has already been posted, you can return it to us for a refund.
The only customers we want are happy customers, if you are not happy with an order you can return it to us for a refund, or if you prefer you can exchange it for another item of equal value. All goods returned to us must be re-packed in the original packing. We cannot refund you your postage unless there has been an error on our part, and you will need to pay the postage to send it back to us. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
Yes it is completly safe. All online payments are processed through our secure server. Furthermore all payments are processed by paypal.com, so we do not have access to your credit/debit card information, nor do we store it. Please note you do not need to have a paypal account to order.
Yes you can if you contact us directly, we can then take your order and process it when your cheque arrives. We can advise you of all costs including postage.
We use it everyday in our café , putting it through our dishwashers and microwaves on a daily basis, but as with any pottery unfortunately it does not bounce!
In this unlikely event please contact us within 5 working days from when your parcel is delivered.
We use Parcelforce for smaller packages and the courier Interlink for larger quantities. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and they will depend on the total value of goods ordered. We can only deliver to the UK and Ireland, we regret we are unable to ship outside these areas at this time.

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or Courier. Items will need to be signed for or a card will be left to explain how delivery can be re-arranged or the parcel collected.
Yes you can join our newsletter and we will keep you informed by e-mail. Unfortunately we only sell our seconds directly from our workshop at twice yearly events and we cannot send any seconds out by post.
